Service:

Our base rate for service calls is $75, plus the cost of the part used to make the repair. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. After-hours service calls are also available at a rate of $200, plus the cost of the part used to make the repair.

We specialize in large-part exchanges, including coils, condensers, heat exchangers, and motors.

Replacement:

Our replacement services involve a full unit change, ensuring that your HVAC system is up-to-date and running at peak performance. Our prices for full unit changes vary depending on several factors, including the tonnage (cooling capacity) of the unit, whether it is a package or split system, gas or electric type, location, condition of the pad underneath, and maintenance. Contact us for a detailed quote based on your specific needs.

Maintenance

We offer yearly and twice-yearly checkups to ensure your systems are running efficiently and effectively, so you can stay comfortable and safe indoors. You have the flexibility to pay for one checkup at a time for $85 each, or two at a time for $160. If you have more than one unit, we offer a reduced rate of $65 each for the second and subsequent checkups, so you can save even more.

Note that our services do not include ductwork or kitchen equipment. However, we can provide you with the contact information of a trusted professional who specializes in these areas.

Regularly installed A/C units

We install and service a variety of regularly installed A/C units, including package units, split systems, and common brands like Frigidaire, Maytag, Nutone, and Trane. We can also obtain most other brands upon request.

Please note that R-22 refrigerant systems are no longer being sold, and units are required to have a SEER rating of 14 or higher.
