Our dual zone AC stopped working, I called Rusty after-hours and he returned my call within 15 minutes. The next afternoon Rusty was at our home troubleshooting our AC system, within 30 minutes everything was working perfectly.If you're in need of HVAC service I highly recommend Rusty. He's a great guy, responds quickly, and has very reasonable service pricing.He has definitely won my repeat business.

Rusty and his assistant, Zack did a great job. Changed out our 22 year old (dead) electric heat pump for a new natural gas packaged unit. Delivered as promised. Great communication. Prompt installation. Competitive price. Great warranty. Work was completed in less than 4 hours from start to finish!

Rusty Tensfield Heating & Cooling is the best! My old 20+ year old unit decided it wanted no more and died. I reached out to Rusty and within a short time I received a message back from him and a reasonable quote for a new unit with all of the particulars associated with major appliance and install. They showed up when they said that they would and within a matter of hours we had a new working unit in place and the old one gone. I would gladly recommend these nice folks to anyone needing HVAC needs. AAA+++! Thank you Rusty and Zack for your great work. Six stars if they offered 6 but 5 stars all the way!

I had an AC unit break at the most inconvenient time this summer right before the holidays in the afternoon and was already preparing to be several days before anyone from any company would be able to repair.Fortunately I called Rusty and he happened to be in the area. He went above and beyond and had the unit back running in 30 minutes explaining what happened and what needed to be done to fix it. I am truly grateful for businesses like this one that go above and beyond as they are hard to find. Thank you again Rusty for such superior service!
