Service:
Base rate for service call:
- All service calls are $75
plus cost of part used to make repair.
- After hours pricing is $175
plus cost of part used to make repair.
Hours: M-F 8-5
- I also do large part exchanges
such as coils, condensers, heat exchangers, and motors.
Replacement: (Full unit change)
Prices vary based on:
- Tonage (cooling capacity) of unit
- Package vs Split
- Type (Gas/Electric)
- Location
- Condition of pad underneath
Maintenance
For maintenance, I offer Yearly and Twice yearly checkups:
- You can either pay for one at a time for $85 each or two at a time for $160.
- More than one unit? The second and others after are $65 each.
***Note that this list does not include duct work or kitchen equipment. While I do not do this work I will be happy to give you the number of someone I trust to do it well.
